DHL will call, text or email you when your shipment is available for collection and advise the nearest DHL location.
You as the consignee stated on the waybill must collect the shipment by providing identification with same name as stated on the waybill.
If you assign someone to be your representative, “Letter of Authorization” (LOA) must be provided on company letterhead (in case of company receiver) with clear name of the representative, Identification Number (such as IC#, Passport #/Driving License, etc) and waybill number. Representative will need to provide proof of Identity which should be the same name as stated on the LOA.
The authorized representative must submit the Redelivery Request card at the DHL location at the time of collecting the shipment. Please ensure a LOA must be provided on company letterhead (in case of company receiver) with clear name of the representative and waybill number. Representative will need to provide identification with same name as stated on the LOA.
